Lynn Mace, Body Therapist, LMT, SEP
Lynn Mace is certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (#035942-00). She is a licensed massage therapist in Virginia (#0019007893) and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

Lynn’s core approach is based on working with the whole person and listening deeply to the specific needs of the body. Each session is uniquely tailored to the individual and is congruent with the client’s long-term goals and current issues.
With three decades of experience working with the different body systems, Lynn has completed advanced studies in biodynamic craniosacral work, myofascial/structural bodywork, lymphatic drainage, visceral work, and Somatic Experiencing™ (described in detail in Modalities). She incorporates her studies in structural integration to guide the body into better alignment, and her method ranges from lighter energetic touch to deep tissue work to access, reconnect, and reintegrate the various body systems.
Working with the interfaces of these interconnected systems can deepen awareness, enhance vitality, and restore a sense of wholeness. This whole-body approach to profound healing can lead to greater ease in movement during everyday tasks as well as build immune strength, improve digestion, relieve pain, and increase energy.
Lynn works with sensitive and trustworthy therapeutic presence, allowing the fully integrative session to restore and renew body, mind, and spirit.
